About Beth

As a therapist I invite individuals and couples for counseling. Despite mental health being a topic people don't want to talk about, I value your time and try to make you as comfortable as possible. My goal is to empower you to make the change you want and create a life worth living.

I have training in treating relationship problems, sexual issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, anger management, emotion regulation disorders, trauma, PTSD, and grief. I believe in taking a client-centered and solution-focused approach to help you address what brings you to counseling and I use evidence-based treatment such as CBT and DBT.

From my own experience, I understand that coming to counseling isn't always fun or exciting but I try to make it as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Committing to making a positive change in life isn’t easy but with the right counselor it can be. Again, you are not alone. Reach out, everyone needs support.
